Jesolo lido: dolce vita, excitement and fun
Since the years of the “Dolce Vita”, Jesolo has become one of the most sought after seaside resorts in Italy, also chosen by numerous celebrities. A unique combination of relaxing on the beach during the day and the glamour of the discos at night, which since that time has made Jesolo Lido the favourite destination for many people.
Today, the city offers entertainment for all ages and tastes. For example, if you love sports, Jesolo offers a multitude of sports on the beach, but you can also indulge in some peaceful hours of golf, padel and tennis.
If you want to indulge in a few hours of shopping in Jesolo, you can walk along Via Bafile, which in the evening becomes the longest pedestrian island in Europe: 13 kilometres of stores, small shops and exclusive clubs; or you can reach two hopping parks at the entrance to the city: Laguna Shopping and Giardini di Jesolo.
If you love excitement there are numerous theme parks, but also many events throughout the year: the Frecce Tricolore displays, the sand sculpture championships, the Marathon, the “Sand Nativity” at Christmas - the most famous sand nativity scene in the world - and concerts. International artists and deejays perform every year at the Pala Arrex or the lighthouse beach.
